I am Nienke (pronounced “Neenka”) – a transformational leader who brings 22 years of global experience to help organizations and individuals unlock their potential. As the 37th woman to visit all countries in the world (completed this journey in beautiful Pakistan in 2023), I’ve learned that while our differences make us uniquely fascinating, we share core aspirations: growth, connection, and meaningful impact.
“You don’t think outside the box, you have no box,” a senior head-hunter once told me. This boundless thinking shapes my approach to transformation – whether I’m driving innovation at Samsung, helping a telecom operator reclaim market leadership in Congo DRC, or managing sensitive community projects in the Netherlands.
